I am developing a greater appreciation for art and will be featuring my favorite artists and photographers on my LJ in the upcoming months.

To those who are following me and to those I added as a friend, I am hardly on DA anymore as Flickr is calling me and still remains my favorite. I've been on their longer..I don't want to offend any deviants or former deviants by displaying my preference for flickr.
But anywho..
Before I go for a long break, I just want to tell you about this one man who's art is the most inspiring to me and who I only stumbled upon the other day. I have not checked if he has a DA account but I came across his amazing surrealist work on flickr. His username there is rsconnett if you want to find him.

Well, I'm off now for a long long long break so don't be expecting me to comment on any of your stuff or upload any of my new stuff any time soon. I am in the process of writing a 3 or 4 stories at the moment, some of which I hope to get published. My Dad always joked about me making three-quarter length books since I never finish writing them and when I get a new idea I move on to another story quickly.
